DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO POLE DANCE?

Absolutely not! That's why we start from absolute beginners. There's no fitness, dance or gymnastics experience required and you don't have to have even stepped foot in a gym to start!

All you 'need' to start pole dancing, is an open mind and fabulous attitude!

I HAVE NO UPPER BODY STRENGTH, IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?

This is the perfect class for you! What better way to get upper body strength than to join a class that's made for it. You don't need to be strong to start be we guarantee after a few lessons you'll start to see a huge difference in your strength

DO YOU HAVE TO BE A CERTAIN AGE / WEIGHT / GENDER TO POLE DANCE?

A huge misconception about pole dancing is that you need to be a girl, super skinny and really young to start. We call BS! There are no age, weight or gender restrictions in pole dancing - we encourage everyone to give it a go!

 

Our youngest student is 16 and our oldest student is 50+, we have girls and boys at the studio and we celebrate all body shapes and sizes!

WHAT TYPE OF POLES DO YOU HAVE, AND WILL I GET MY OWN POLE IN CLASS?
We currently have 11 professional grade X-Pole & Pussycat Poles in the studio that range from 38mm to 40mm to 45mm and we have a mix of stainless steel & brass. 


You will never have to share a pole in a class, you'll always have your own! 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF POLE DANCING?

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER CLASSES?

Absolutely! We offer stretch and flexibility classes, splits intensity, heels and flow dance class, strength and conditioning, MELT & handstands and acrobatics! 

 

All classes range from beginners to advanced, and just like pole dancing there are no requirements to start!
