Weekly Membership Terms & Conditions

• No sign-up fee: There are no fees to enrol.

• Weekly payments: easy to manage and budget 

• 10-week commitment: A full commitment for the 10-week term is required, and early withdrawal is not permitted unless it's 

  with a 14 day notice period prior to the start date of the term.

• Make-up classes: Make-up classes are available with 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Students are responsible for managing their make-up classes, which are subject to availability. Missed make-up classes must be forfeited.

• Cancellation, downgrade or pausing Memberships: A notice period of 30 days is required! Upgrades can be made at any time without notice. All changes must be approved and managed through admin only.

• Course changes: Any changes to courses must be made at least 14 days prior to the start date of each term. All changes must be approved and managed through admin.

• Payment policy: Membership payments are non-refundable. It is the student's responsibility to manage their schedule and class attendance. Late or missed payments will result in class cancellations.
